Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between DAMTONE.COM (hereinafter the “Company”) and users with respect to the use of this website (hereinafter the “Site”) operated by the Company.

Article 2 (Nature of the Site)

  1. The Site provides information about the Company’s brands and products.
  2. The Site does not provide membership registration, ordering, or payment functions. Product purchases are made through external online marketplaces (such as Naver Smart Store) linked from the Site.

Article 3 (Posting and Modification of Terms)

  1. The Company posts these Terms on the Site so that users can easily see them.
  2. The Company may modify these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws. When modifying these Terms, the Company posts the modified Terms together with the application date on the Site at least seven (7) days before the application date.

Article 4 (Purchases through Linked Marketplaces)

  1. Purchase agreements for products are concluded on the external marketplace where the user places the order, under that marketplace’s own terms and policies.
  2. Ordering, payment, delivery, cancellation, exchange, and refund are handled according to the policies of the relevant marketplace.
  3. The Company is not a party to matters that arise solely from the marketplace’s own services (such as the marketplace’s membership or payment systems); provided that the Company remains responsible as the seller and manufacturer-distributor of its products under applicable laws.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

  1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the content of the Site belong to the Company.
  2. Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use for profit any information obtained through the Site, or allow a third party to do so, without the Company’s prior permission.

Article 6 (Duties of Users)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

  1. Altering information posted on the Site;
  2. Transmitting or posting information (including computer programs) other than that set forth by the Site;
  3. Infringing intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties;
  4. Damaging the reputation of, or obstructing the business of, the Company or third parties.

Article 7 (Suspension of the Site and Disclaimer)

  1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Site for reasons such as maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication equipment.
  2. The Company uses its best efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the completeness of information on external marketplace pages linked from the Site.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and users are brought before the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
